Shipping & Returns


Items will be shipped 1-2 business days after order has been placed. All standard orders are shipped via Australia Post and express orders are sent via Australia Post also. You will be sent an email confirmation once we have sent your order out and a text message from Australia Post to keep your item tracked. Once the item has left our hands, it is then Australia Posts responsibility to get your items to you. Therefor, if you have not received your item after the 3-14 business day period, please contact Australia Post about the whereabouts of your package. Luca The Label will not be held responsible if wrong details are given by customer or for delay in delivery if we have posted your parcel within the time frame given. If you have had a bad experience with either of these courier companies and would like your purchase shipped particularly through one or the other, please email us before you place an order so we can ensure we ship through the correct company for you.



We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you receive your item and you are not happy with the quality of your purchase, please contact us and we can arrange a refund with the return of the item/s at your expense. We are more then happy to exchange items if the size is incorrect. To avoid this from occurring, if you have any queries on sizing, please check with me before hand via email or through my contact form on the website. All our items are recommended to be hand washed with cold water to avoid damage of your products.
